Meet Chad Young

I was born and raised right here in Warren County, Tennessee, and I’m proud to call it home. Growing up on a family farm, my parents taught me the importance of faith, family, hard work, and treating others with respect. Around our house, a handshake meant something, and your word was your bond. Those values continue to guide the way I live and work today.

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to work in agriculture, retail management, own a landscaping business, and serve as a special education teacher. Each role has strengthened my passion for helping people, building lasting relationships, and finding solutions that make a difference. I genuinely enjoy meeting new people, earning their trust, and helping them achieve their goals.

I have been happily married to my beautiful wife, Tara, for 23 years, and we’re incredibly proud of our two beautiful daughters, Jessie and Ali. I’ve always told my girls that in every aspect of life—whether on the volleyball court, the softball field, or the job site—there will always be someone who is smarter, faster, or stronger than you. But no one should ever change who you are, and no one should ever outwork you. Character, integrity, and a strong work ethic will take you a long way in life.

That same mindset is what I bring to real estate.
